You can remove attributes from an object using the rm. attr function in the utilities package. This function removes all non-protected attributes of the input object; it allows you to specify protected attributes that you do not wish to remove.
Any attribute of an HTML element can be removed, using the Element. removeAttribute() method. This allows you to specify an attribute name, and remove it from the element.

You should use removeAttribute() instead of setting the attribute value to null either directly or using setAttribute() . Many attributes will not behave as expected if you set them to null .
Delete an attribute from a table Open a view in table display mode. If you dont see the column of the attribute type, add it to the table: Above the table, to the right, click Fields. Click next to the attribute that you want to delete. Click Save. Click next to the attribute that you want to delete. Click Yes.
