can I just delete attachments from Gmail yes you can delete attachments from Gmail without deleting the entire email to do so open the email with the attachment and scroll down to the attachment hover over the attachment until a trash can icon appears click on the trash can icon to delete the attachment this will not delete the email itself only the attachment foreign
