Im going to be walking you through how you can have your guests RSVP online so theres a couple ways that you might do this so one might be if youre sending physical stationery youll want to include the website URL where your guests can just enter that into their browser and then jump over to your website that way or if you are sending digital stationery through websites your guests will receive an email that has a link to the digital invitation so once they click through the invitation theyll be taken to your wedding website where theyll be asked to RSVP so you can either do it with digital stationery or physical invitations either way theyll land on your wedding website which is what were looking at right now and well be displaying some RSVP buttons on your website so right now Ive got two places where the RSVP button is showing up at the top and right smack in the middle where it also says the RSVP deadline now once a guest clicks through to RSVP theyll be taken to this sc

With Save The Date you can instantly and efficiently receive Rsvps from all your event guests. With a click of a button a text message will be sent to all your guests asking them to rsvp with how many guests will attend your event.
Sending an RSVP by text message is a convenient way for a host to manage responses and for guests to confirm their attendance. Text messages are typically delivered quickly and can be easily accessed on a wide range of devices, including smartphones and basic mobile phones.
In those invitations, you should add the text keyword and the short code you want them to text it back in order to RSVP. So for example, your invitation and RSVP card should include the usual information plus something like this: Reply by texting hello to 123.456.
Request text RSVPs on your invite along with your phone number. Example: Please text the number of guests and your meal choice to 555-555-1234 to RSVP. If you only want people to RSVP if they can not attend, write Regrets only on the invite. Follow up with a personalized text message after they RSVP.
Make sure to include: You and your dates full name and titles. Whether or not you will be attending. Dinner preference (if given the option) A Thank You for the Invitation. A Sign Off.
Fill out only the names of those who are attending. Some cards may have an M before the line, which allows you to write in the title of Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Miss, then your name. Write the number of guests. In the accept or decline box, write the number of guests attending.
How to Respond to an RSVP Request with Confidence Check Whether an RSVP Is Required. Determine the Best Method to RSVP. Match the Formality of the Invitation. Include Your Name(s) and Number of Guests. Confirm Your Attendance. Answer Any Questions on the Invite. Reply By the Requested Date. Update the Host If Your Plans Change.
