hello everyone welcome to the channel today in this video we are going to learn how to add a quick text in Salesforce lightning as well as a classic edition so lets begin by understanding what is quick text so in Salesforce a quick text is a feature that provides the functionality to the user to save and reuse the already written messages or response basically it is used to save the time and the efforts of the user by removing the repeatedly typing the same message in the response to a common queries and journal information so lets proceed and learn to add a quick text in a Salesforce lightning so here I open my Salesforce account and by default it is open in a lightning edition if you are not in the lightning edition switch to the lightning edition first okay so after clicking on the lighting Edition you have to click on this app launcher and here you will get the search bar for searching in apps and the item so here you have to write the quick text okay and under this items you wil

From the content library, select the template you want to modify. To edit the template, click Edit and drag blocks. To change existing content areas, hover over the content area, click down arrow, and select Edit.
To unlock a template, you need full access to it. Click Open Template. Click the lock icon and unlock the template. Add your changes to the template.
To update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template. On the File tab, select Open. Double-click This PC. Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder under My Documents. Choose your template, and select Open. Make the changes you want, then save and close the template.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Email Templates , and then select Classic Email Templates. Select the Wellness Survey folder. Click the email template name of the template you want to modify. Click Clone. Save it in a folder.
To find templates in Quip, use the Template Library. There, your users can find the templates they created and shared in private galleries, like the Created by Me and Shared with Me galleries, or they can get started with sample templates.
Note: Proposal settings must be configured in our application in order to generate proposals from Salesforce. From the Opportunities page, click Create Proposal. Once you are taken to the Responsive Projects page in Salesforce, specify the required details and select a template. Click Generate Proposal.
