in this video i will explain how to create a table in excel to collect your level 2 evaluation scores to work out your knowledge gain first we need the date this is the date of your training event then we need a column headed pre and post for your before and after event scores we also need the number of questions along the top if you have more or less questions for each training event you run add or delete columns as necessary we then need a row for pre-course scores and one for our post course score in these rows we put how many questions were answered correctly in total from our delegates so we know how many were answered correctly we need a total column for these rows in order to work out our knowledge gain we need to add the number of delegates in this column the percentage gain column is the one we are interested in and in here we need an equation in order to calculate our learning gain we need to minus the pre-course total from the post-course total and then divide by the number
