hi Im Ted today Im going to show you how to make tables and charts in Excel so I have Excel open here and I have a spreadsheet open and Ive uh started to enter in some information um what Im what Im going to do just to illustrate U some tables and charts is I I have some names and Im enter going to enter in their ages and then Im going to imagine that they they did a race and Im going to put in their times so were going to be able to make some charts of the age and the time and then were going to be able to do a a chart where were going to chart age and time on a on a chart so um let me just to to show you the idea but Ive already typed this in and to enter in information in Excel you just move your mouse until you get to a cell each of these boxes is called a cell and start and just start typing you dont have to go up to uh this is called the formula bar um up here you you dont have to go there if youre in a Cell just start typing and itll enter it in so I have I alrea

The following steps detail how to create tables in docHub InDesign: Create a new text box. Select inside the text box. Go to the Table menu. Click on Insert Table. Specify the new table parameters.
Use Table Styles to format an entire table Click in the table that you want to format. Under Table Tools, click the Design tab. In the Table Styles group, rest the pointer over each table style until you find a style that you want to use. Click the style to apply it to the table.
Choose Window Styles Table Styles to open the Table Style panel, or choose Window Styles Cell Styles to open the Cell Styles panel. Choose New Table Style from the Table Styles panel menu, or choose New Cell Style from the Cell Styles panel menu. For Style Name, type a name.
Change Table Style in Word Click inside the table. Click the Design tab in the Table Tools ribbon group. (Optional) Click the Table Styles More button to see all the available styles. Select a style.
You can use styles to change the colors of certain table rows and table cells based on defined conditions. For example, you may want to display a row in red if a quantity is over a certain value, or green if it is below a certain value.
Create or delete a custom table style Select any cell in the table you want to use to create a custom style. On the Home tab, click Format as Table, or expand the Table Styles gallery from the Table Tools Design tab (the Table tab on a Mac). Click New Table Style, which will launch the New Table Style dialog.
For a basic table, click Insert Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert Table Insert Table. Tips: If you already have text separated by tabs, you can quickly convert it to a table.
