hi there this is bernard ash wanted from publishing smarter and im going to guide you through oxygen xml author and just show you how to go in and create a new concept for data to get started select File New you can navigate through the different choices that are available inside the new dialog or you can type content such as task or reference or in my case concept press Enter or double click and a new concept is created when youre getting started sometimes its nice to see some of the tags in the structure so Ill enable this feel free to experiment with the options once you have a more involved document but for starters Im just choosing full tags the tag show you a little bit of the structure and Ill click in the title in order to type my title is a little generic if youre creating concepts for an active use make sure that it has some value to the reader and while I continue to develop my generic sample Ill click in short desc again Ill quickly type in a little bit of placeho
