hey guys hows it going its jay from sony alpha lab and in this video im gonna go over the sony imaging edge mobile app now this is basically the replacement for the PlayMemories app which is the program you would use to suck the photos off your camera and push them on to your smartphone you can also use this app to remote control your camera and Im going to show you how to use all those features now depending on your camera there are some features that are you know available and not available on others for this demonstration Im going to use the Sony rx100 Mark 7 and Im gonna use my samsung galaxy s 8 phone now itll also work on the iPhone basically you just go and you download the imaging edge mobile app and you know once its installed which is fairly easy it can be a little bit cumbersome to use its not the most user friendly program to say the least you have to make settings in the camera and settings on the phone in order to connect and suck it off but Im telling you if y
