Step 1: View scheduled payments. From the TD app home screen, select the Bills button from the menu. Step 2: Select a payment to cancel. To cancel a payment, select the payment from the list. Editing a payee In the Pay Bills tab of the Bill Pay page, locate the payee that you want to edit, then do one of the following: Click or tap the payee account card. On the Edit Payee page, make any needed changes, and click or tap Save. When the success message appears, click or tap Close.
From the home screen, select Bills in the main menu. Then select the Manage Payees button. Select the payee youd like to delete. Select the Delete icon in the top right corner of the screen.
If, for some reason, you wish to remove a representative payee, you must prove that youre mentally and physically able to manage the payments received. This requires filling out the appropriate forms and submitting your application. In some cases, the Social Security Administration (SSA) may interview the beneficiary.
After you log into TD App: Under the slide out menu, select Bills. Select Manage Payees. Now, select the payee your wish to delete. Select Edit. Select Delete.
From the Accounts Summary page, click Pay Bills Transfer Funds in the Quick Payments Transfers box on the right side of the page. Click Manage Payees from the navigation menu on the left. Click Delete next to the bill payment company you want removed from your list.
