[Music] hey this is josh from world trade packaging and today i want to show you how to set a password to your customer portal so first you want to go off into your emails and open up the email youve received from the customer care team about setting your password im going to come down and click the link where it says please click here to set your password this will take you to a web page where youve got to create a new password but please make sure it fits the password criteria to the right so it has to be at least 10 characters long it contains at least three of the four character types which it states okay so once that is complete click continue and then once you click continue your password has now been set so what you want to do now is go back to that original email that you received from the customer care team and on that email youll see that there is a link that says click here to log in so you want to click that link there this will take you to the world trade login page so
