Right-click the illustration that you want to save as a separate image file, and then click Save as Picture. In the Save as type list, select the file format that you want. In the File name box, type a new name for the picture, or just accept the suggested file name. Select the folder where you want to store the image.

You can choose any option except for In Line with Text, which is the default setting for all images. Open the Layout tab. Select the image. From the Arrange menu, click Wrap Text. Select Fix Position on Page.
From the pull down menus, choose Insert Header Default. Click so that the cursor is inside the new header block. From the pull down menus, choose Insert Picture From File. Navigate to the desired logo, then click Open.
Watermarks are built in the header and having different header settings can make them disappear on other pages. They are simply graphic elements that are in the header. Go to one of the pages without the watermark and look at the header.
You can insert your logo into MS Word body text the same ways you can insert a logo into your header: drag-and-drop or clicking Insert Photo Picture from File If you choose the second method, your logo will appear wherever your cursor is in the document, so click where you want the logo to go before inserting it.
