Select where you want a new section to begin. Go to Layout Breaks, and then choose the type of section break you want.
To start a new line of text or add spacing between lines or paragraphs of text in a worksheet cell, press Alt+Enter to insert a line break. Double-click the cell in which you want to insert a line break (or select the cell and then press F2).
Tip: The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Enter also inserts a column break where youve placed your cursor.You can insert your own column breaks for more control over the document format. Place your cursor where you want the column to break. Click Layout Breaks. A menu with options will appear.
