Print mailing labels In the Contacts app on your Mac, select one or more contacts, or a list. Only contact cards with addresses are printed. Choose File Print. Click the Style pop-up menu, then choose Mailing Labels. Click Layout or Label to customize mailing labels. Click Print.
Either click Format in the top-right corner, or go to View Inspector Format in the Menu Bar. From the Format Inspector, change the Rows and Columns to reflect how many labels will go on the sheet. You will then need the physical measurements of the label you want to make. Within Pages, go to Row Column Size.
With your Word document open, go to the top of screen and click Mailings Labels Options. (In older versions of Word, the Options setting is located in Tools at the top of the page.) Select Avery US Letter from the drop-down menu next to Label Vendors. Then scroll to find your Avery product number and click OK.
Use Avery templates in Word for Mac Choose the Product number thats closest to yours. Select New Label. Change the values in the boxes to match the label product that you have. The Preview box shows how the measurements apply to your Avery sheets. Select OK.
Choose File Print. Click the Style menu and choose Mailing Labels. Click Layout, then Page menu, then select your Avery product. Click Print.
Go to Mailings Labels.Find your Avery product number in Word Choose the Product number thats closest to yours. Select New Label. Change the values in the boxes to match the label product that you have. The Preview box shows how the measurements apply to your Avery sheets. Select OK.
Choose File Print. Click the Style menu and choose Mailing Labels. Click Layout, then Page menu, then select your Avery product. Click Print.
Check for a pre-made template. Check the Avery site for pre-made label templates designed for use with Apples Pages. Get the measurements. Create a new document in Pages. Turn off Header and Footer. Create a table. Tweak the documents margins and other settings. Remove cell borders and then print.
