Just follow these simple steps: Highlight the text you want to edit. Press ctrl+D on Windows or cmd+D on Mac. Click the Strikethrough option under Effects in the middle of the window. Press Okay.
Select the cells, move the pointer over a border of the selection until a yellow autofill handle appears, then drag the handle over the cells you want to fill. You can also autofill cells using a pattern of values.
Add text in a text box Drag the text box to where you want it. If you cant move the box, click outside the box to deselect the text, then click the text once to select its text box. Type to replace the placeholder text.
