To find templates in Quip, use the Template Library. There, your users can find the templates they created and shared in private galleries, like the Created by Me and Shared with Me galleries, or they can get started with sample templates.
Note: Proposal settings must be configured in our application in order to generate proposals from Salesforce. From the Opportunities page, click Create Proposal. Once you are taken to the Responsive Projects page in Salesforce, specify the required details and select a template. Click Generate Proposal.
Create Templates Click Create. Hover over Template. Select a template type. When creating from an existing template, select the template to start creating from and click Select. Save the template. Complete required fields. Add content to the email. Save the email.
Create a Template from the Email Templates Page Click New Email Template. Enter the templates name. Add a subject. Optionally, select an item from the Related Entity Type dropdown list. If you want, select a letterhead from the Enhanced Letterhead dropdown list. Click Save. Click Edit.
The Lightning Templates can be found by doing the following: Click the 3x3 dot App Launcher in the upper left. In the Search Apps box, type templates to access the Lightning templates.
Edit a Template To access your available templates, click the Compose button, and select Template Library. Find the template you want to edit. Click Open Template. Click the lock icon and unlock the template. Add your changes to the template. To prevent accidental changes after you edit, lock the template.
