401ks made sense when tax rates were coming down you know you you get a tax deduction up here it gross tax deferred and you retire and you pay tax down here but we know taxes are going to have to go up so how much sense does it make to take money out of your check today defer that baby though taxes go up to 50 60 then im gonna take it out and pay that doesnt make any sense so what i tell people is say does your company have a 401k yes does it have a match yes explain the match well if i put in four percent they match with four percent okay good i do that thats 100 rate of return but above the match i wouldnt put in my 401k anymore i would put that into cash value life insurance because i want to be in control i want to have tax free income and retirement and that 401k and that ira those are going to be like chains around peoples necks theyre going to regret that they put as much money in those products as they did

Uploading Results Once you have your CSV file with the results ready for uploading, go to the Go Race Day tab of the race dashboard, click on the sub-heading for Results, and choose the option for Upload Results. Pick the Event that your results pertain to from the drop down menu provided.

Virtual running works exactly the same as any other type of running but the difference is that the entered race can be run at any location, at any pace, inside on a treadmill or outside in another country! All you have to do is enter a race and provide evidence that you have done it. Thats it!
Alternatively, you can follow the steps outlined below: Select START/STOP Virtual Run. On your tablet, laptop, or smartphone, open the Zwift app or another virtual training app. Follow the on-screen instructions to start a running activity and pair the devices. On the watch, select START to start the activity timer.
The Registration setup can either be accessed by selecting the Registration step of the Race Wizard, or by going to the Race Info tab of the race dashboard, and opening up the Registration subheading. IMPORTANT: More options will be available to you if you access the Registration step through the race dashboard.
