hey its alicia with autism elementsa and i wanted to share all about the new behavior contract that i created and i wanted to explain that there are three different types of behavior contracts so the first one is just a written behavior contract so the staff member and the student fill it in together i student name will display expected behavior i will and then you write in with the student the different expected behaviors that you want the student to display when i choose expected behaviors and then write in what will happen what will they earn how will people feel how will the student feel when i dont choose expected behavior what will happen what are the consequences how do the staff feel how do the parents maybe feel how does the student feel so always connect it to the emotions and the consequences that happen for positive and for the unexpected behavior i will review this contract on what date and then always have the student and teacher and the parent sign it if this is a stud
