Log in to OneLogin Click the OneLogin icon in your browsers toolbar or select the OneLogin extension from your Favorites (if you have favorited OneLogin). If necessary, type your companys OneLogin name. Click the Continue button. Enter your username and password. If requested, enter your authentication code.
Go to the OneLogin Protect app on your new phone and press the + to begin setup. Click Activate on the computer and scan the QR code with your phone. Move the phone slowly and keep it steady. If you cannot scan the code, click Cant scan the code? on your computer and tap Enter code instead on your phone.

Using Your Computer or Another Device Log in to your OneLogin portal from a web browser and go to your Profile. Select OneLogin Protect from the list of enabled authentication factors. In the OneLogin Protect app, tap the + to add an account. Click Activate in your web browser.
Click the Forgot username or password? link (located underneath the blue log in button) and select reset password.
On a separate device, login to your OneLogin portal. From the portal, go to Profile. Under 2-Factor Authentication, click the + plus sign. Your QR code appears in a pop-up.
Enabling Authentication Factors Log in to your OneLogin account as an administrator and go to Security Authentication Factors. Click New Auth Factor. Select your desired factor and click Choose. Give the factor a name in the User description field, configure your desired settings, and click Save.
In OneLogin Protect on your iOS device, swipe right to view the menu and tap Backup. Enter your Email and Phone Number, and create a Master Password using the criteria shown on your screen. After verifying your phone number by SMS, you receive a PDF containing a QR code and secret key for your account.
