A resume is a document that is used to sell yourself to a potential employer. It should be a snapshot of your skills, experience and accomplishments. It should not be a document that is used to provide your current address. Yes, you can use a temporary address on your resume when you are applying for jobs.
When putting your address on your resume include either your full mailing address (street address, city, state, and zip code), or just your city and state. Its a good idea to write your state name in full if the postal abbreviation is easily confused with another, like MI, MS, and MO.
