- Hi guys, Clint Coons here with Anderson Business Advisors, and in this video, we are gonna talk about some of the stupid mistakes (graphics whooshing) people make when it comes to creating their LLC operating agreements. (graphics whooshing) All right. Lets get started. (upbeat music) Okay, so Im gonna talk about some mistakes that I see, oftentimes, when I review existing operating agreements that people have set up with either inexperienced attorneys that are not familiar with creating operating agreements for real estate investors. Or worse yet, you went on the internet, right? You went to Legal, I mean Zoom.com and said, Give me an operating agreement. And you think youre protected. This happens all the time. People have these operating agreements that theyre owning real estate under. Theyre operating their business under, and they dont know whats in there, or more importantly, they dont know whats missing. And as a result of it, this will come up when youre involved

The main drawback with full disk encryption is that it can ensure data security only when the device is at rest. This means that the data is encrypted only when the device is locked. When the device is unlocked, anyone can open and access any files in the device.
The Importance of Encryption Encryption is the key to protecting the data on your hard drives. You can choose an encryption program that will make it more difficult for the thief to access the information, and prevent anyone who might find your portable drive from accessing it easily.
Hard drive encryption uses a specific algorithm, or cipher, to convert a physical disk or logical volume into an unreadable format that cannot be unlocked by anyone without the secret key or password that was used to encrypt the drive. This prevents unauthorized people or hackers from accessing the information.
In Control Panel, select System and Security, and then under BitLocker Drive Encryption, select Manage BitLocker. Note: Youll only see this option if BitLocker is available for your device. It isnt available on Windows 10 Home edition. Select Turn on BitLocker and then follow the instructions.
Encrypting your hard drive is a great way to protect your personal data from prying eyes. Of course, if youre not careful, it might also protect your data from you. Unlike with an unencrypted computer, if you lose your password there is not an easy way to retrieve your data.
Full-disk encryption is the most secure because it makes the computer and everything on it unreadable unless you have the key to decrypt it. Methods for encryption include: Built-in encryption programs, like Microsoft BitLocker. Third-party encryption programs, like AxCrypt.
Data encryption translates data into another form, or code, so that only people with access to a secret key (formally called a decryption key) or password can read it. Encrypted data is commonly referred to as ciphertext, while unencrypted data is called plaintext.
Turn on device encryption Sign in to Windows with an administrator account (you may have to sign out and back in to switch accounts). Select the Start button, then select Settings Update Security Device encryption. If device encryption is turned off, select Turn on.
