In today's webinar, we will discuss billing for individual statements, covering topics such as individual statements, receipts, invoices, and limited statements. We will begin with setup options influencing our statements, focusing on account and account preferences. The first option is "balances don't subtract insurance estimates," which, when unchecked, includes estimated insurance payments in the account module balance due. If checked, it excludes these payments, and the account module will reflect balances in bold red as “insurance pending” after insurance and patient estimated balances.
