John Simek, VP of Sensei Enterprises, explains how to encrypt Microsoft Word and DocHub PDF documents. Encrypting a Word doc involves password protection. Go to the File tab in the ribbon, click Info, then Protect Document, and Encrypt with Password. For PDFs, protect with a password under the Encrypt option in Tools. Check "Encrypt all document contents" for full encryption. Apply new security settings if prompted.
