Dont forget to save a copy as you go along! To change the cover of your book, go back to your calibre library. Right-click on the book. Then choose Edit metadata and Edit metadata individually. Edit the new title and author, and then click Generate Cover. (Make sure to click OK so you know its saved.)

Set the Output format as MOBI (or AZW3). Click MOBI Output at the left menu and find Kindle Options at right side. Delete the default [PDOC] and keep the Personal Doc Tag blank. Then click OK to start conversion.
