Itamp;#39;s now time to start adding some rich media onto this Freeform board, including websites and documents Iamp;#39;ve made on my iPad. So to begin with I want to add the website for Alcatraz( because thatamp;#39;s somewhere that Iamp;#39;d like to visit on this trip), so Iamp;#39;m going to copy the URL from Safari and then all Iamp;#39;m going to do is tap on a blank space in Freeform and press Paste. After a moment a rich link will load, which should have a big featured image and the title of the page underneath. This is great because it means I can really quickly jump back to that website right from inside my Freeform board, and later on when I add some collaborators they can see the information too. So letamp;#39;s add some more links, and to do this Iamp;#39;ll press the three dots at the top of my screen and go into Split View and I can drag another URL straight from Safari onto this page. While Iamp;#39;m doing this, itamp;#39;d be a grea

Pages does not allow hyperlinking between documents, only to a web page, email or a bookmark within the same Pages document. Word does. Just highlight the text you want to make as the link, and select Hyperlink from the Insert menu and create you link.
Every Pages template comes with a default text box style, so when you add a text box to a document and type text in it, the box and the text use this style. You can modify this default stylechange the font, font color, color fill, and so onthen make it the new default style for the document.
With the document manager in browse view, drag a document from your computer to the document manager. In the document manager, click the Upload button in the toolbar, select a document, then click Choose or Open.
Control-click an object, text box, or selected text you want to turn into a link, choose Add Link, then choose a destination (Webpage, Email, Phone Number, Page, or Bookmark). Specify details for the destination: Webpage: Opens a webpage in a browser. In the Display field, enter the text you want readers to see.
Pages treats PDF files like all other image formats, so you can import them through the Insert menu. For example, if you are working on a year-end sales report for your business, you can add separate PDF invoices to the Pages document.
Add a video from the web in the toolbar, then choose Web Video. Type or paste a link to the video, then click Insert. To play the web video in your document, click the Play button . Note: You must be connected to the internet to play a video from the web.
Insert one PDF into another From the Organize pages toolbar, select Insert From File. Alternatively, you can right-click a page and select Insert Pages to get the insert options. Select the PDF you want to insert and choose Select. In the Insert Pages dialog box, specify where to insert the document.
You can insert or attach an image or a document using various methods. However, for attaching a document, only the Insert Link and Attach File methods will work.
