How to embed a Google Form on your website Navigate to your Sites page. Click the Insert tab and select Forms Select a previously saved Google Form and click Insert
You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu. In the Insert Hyperlink box, type or paste your link in the Address box. Note: If you dont see the Address box, make sure Existing File or Web Page is selected under Link to.
Go to Google Sites editor and then click Embed. Select Embed code option, paste the form code, press Next. Adjust the desired width and height of your responsive widget.

Click the Form Elements button, and select the Paragraph under the Basic tab. Click on Edit Text, and insert the text you want. Highlight the text, and click the Insert/Edit link. Input the URL on the pop-up window, and click OK.
In Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom of your Card form and select Edit Thank You Page. Select Redirect to an external link after submission. Enter the URL of the page where youd like your form respondent to be redirected.
For this follow these steps. Add Paragraph Element from the Add Form Element Menu. Click the Edit Text button and write your link button text. After that click the Insert/Edit Link button. Add your URL (video url, website url etc.) in the URL text box.
