Creating an estimate with the JobFLEX mobile app is really quick and easy. From the menu, tap New Quote to start building your quote or estimate. First, youll want to add a customer to your quote. You can create a new customer or use the more icon to add someone from your contact list. Next, add some items to your work scope. Once youve created items, theyre saved to your Item List so you can easily add your common items or you can tap the blue icon to create a new item. To add the paid invoice to your project: Go to Sales and select Invoices (Take me there). Find and select the paid invoice you want to add to a project. Select Edit invoice. Select the Customer ▼ dropdown. Then select the project. Select Save.
