a super quick trick for embedding fonts in your pdf and now this is for amazon kdp because youamp;#39;ll work so hard on a design so let me show you mine i worked really hard on this design i got everything to match i donamp;#39;t have any any widows or orphans but when i export it into kdp itamp;#39;s not right so my font my all my design is wrong uh my font is wrong and these hereamp;#39;s a little end glyph which i want at the bottom of every page in a section and itamp;#39;s still instead itamp;#39;s on a blank page on its own separate spot right it has nothing it it the layout is just not working itamp;#39;s not what i created at all so you can see the fix the issue that you might be having this one is saying my hyperlinks donamp;#39;t work thatamp;#39;s just the table of contents but this one is saying the font doesnamp;#39;t work now thereamp;#39;s a link about this and um well let me just click on it here but itamp;#39;s essentially um itamp;#39;s not very helpful

You can embed or substitute fonts in Acrobat or when you export an InDesign document to PDF. You can embed the entire font, or just a subset of the characters used in the file. Subsetting ensures that your fonts and font metrics are used at print time by creating a custom font name.
When you add fonts from docHub Fonts, they will appear in the font menus of all your desktop applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and iWork. Use these fonts for print design, website mockups, word processing, and more.
Adding a Font Using InDesign the font on your computer and use it in InDesign while you lay out your book. When exporting as ePub, make sure to click Include Embeddable Fonts in the Export window. InDesign will then properly embed the font in your ebook.
All fonts are licensed for personal and commercial use; read about the font licensing in full in the Terms of Use. The licensing information in these frequently asked questions applies to any fonts that have been added through your docHub account or added to a website with the embed code we provide.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
To check that your fonts are embedded in docHub, go to File on the top menu and select Properties then select the Fonts tab, this will list the font used in the document. You want to check that they are either (Embedded) or (Embedded Subset).
When you create a PDF version of your design file, a copy of each necessary font is added to the PDF file itself. This process is known as embedding.
Font embedding is the inclusion of font files inside an electronic document for display across different platforms. Font embedding is controversial because it allows licensed fonts to be freely distributed.
