Mac OS Go to the Word menu, select Preferences , and then the Save icon (bewilderingly illustrated with a 1980s floppy disk). Under the Font Embedding section, check the box named Embed fonts in this file .
To embed the fonts that are not already embedded, go to File Print. Bring up the docHub PDF settings and properties, then docHub PDF settings. Embed your font. To check that your fonts are embedded in docHub, go to File on the top menu and select Properties then select the Fonts tab, this will list the font used in the document. You want to check that they are either (Embedded) or (Embedded Subset).
Navigate to docHub PDF Settings. Edit Default Settings. Select Fonts. Check Embed all fonts
The font is damaged, or the system is not reading the font If the font is not a custom font and does not appear in your Office program, the font may be damaged. To reinstall the font, see Mac OS X: Font locations and their purposes.
Open your PDF in docHub Pro. Go to File Save As Other Optimized PDF. In the dialog box, click on Fonts and ensure all your fonts are listed. Check Embed all fonts and then save your PDF.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.
Inserting a document Click or tap where you want to insert the content of the existing document. Go to Insert and select the arrow next to Object . Select Text from File. Locate the file that you want and then double-click it. To add in the contents of additional Word documents, repeat the above steps as needed.
To add new fonts: In the toolbar, open the Font menu and click More fonts at the top. This will open a new window with hundreds of available fonts. Optional: Use the search and filtering options at the top of the window to narrow your search. Click a font to add it. When youre done adding fonts, click OK.
