- Hello, its Jamin, and in todays TeamGantt tip, were looking at labels. (upbeat music) Its easy to assign tasks to other users in TeamGantt, but you may find yourself wondering, how do I assign tasks to other things, like a special piece of equipment, a resource, a subcontractor, a status or grouping, or even other people in the project who may not be TeamGantt users? Well, thats what labels are for. Labels are a great organizational tool for your project. You can use them to represent people that arent directly invited to your project, teams or departments, roles, clients, project phases, priority levels, and a lot more. You can create a new label by clicking on the People tab. In the label section at the bottom of the screen, click Add Label. In the search bar, type the name of your new label, and if there isnt one there already, click Add New Label. In order to prevent duplicating labels, its a good idea to make sure Available to All Projects is toggled on, unless of course
