To start, create a survey in Google Forms. Youll need a Gmail account to complete the process. Once youve drafted a survey, embed it into an email by clicking the Send button in the top right. Check the Include form in Email box at the bottom of the Send form.
Creating a Website Collector Go to the Collect Response section of your survey. Choose Embed on Website. Choose a website collector type. Scroll down to edit the appearance settings, control the survey experience, and adjust the collector options. Click Copy Code to copy and paste the embed code on a page in your site.

You can also select text, and then select Insert Survey link to display that text as the survey link.
Add a SurveyMonkey Survey to an Email While editing your template, click the More block within the Action Blocks section. Drag the SurveyMonkey block into your template. Click on the SurveyMonkey block and click Edit. Select the survey you want to display in your email. Click Insert.
Click the Add the poll button to insert your survey into the body of your email. Each of the poll options is a link.
