alrighty so the dos and donts so this is we decided to put this slide in just because we wanted weve seen over the years the different types of nominations and although all nominations are great um there are some that are better than others um so this were just giving a quick uh example of what to do and dont do um since we are voting we want to make sure that what youre writing is convincing us that the person that youre nominating should win uh so an example of a good um nomination would be Scotty worked overtime for two weeks to complete the project taking the lead and directing the team to ensure we meet the deadline so if you read that you know exactly what Scotty did and how he did it and what the end result was and how that helped the team overall and then what I like to say is uh on okay not so great uh nomination would be Scotty is amazing he is positive and always offers to help out his co-workers he never complains and is always kind to everyone although those words a
