hey everyone its gary the google guy here with another fantastic update regarding google docs you will now have the ability to add table templates which will allow you to quickly insert building blocks for common workflows such as launching a content tracker a project asset tracker a review tracker and a product roadmap table so lets show you how you can do this and you can use your ad symbol to add those different people chips file chips and information pieces if you would like to do it that way or you can go to your insert menu youll see the table option and then to the right of table youll now see table templates so lets add each one and show you i can fill in some of those fields so the first one a product roadmap lets get underneath that well go to insert table lets go to the next one which is a review tracker insert table template and well do the project assets and then scrolling down from there well insert our last one the content tracker and as we said before you can

On the form template, place the cursor where you want to insert the layout table. On the Tables toolbar, click Insert, and then click Layout Table. In the Insert Table dialog box, enter the number of columns and rows that you want to include in the table.
