[Music] today Im going to talk about adding a state to a workflow why would you want to do this sometimes our processes change after we implement a PDM system other times as in this instance realize after I did the implementation I missed a step so I need to adjust it how do we do it first and foremost I have my workflow open I come up and I say new state thats what that little gold button is there I give it a name lets call it graveyard and these are files that are no longer to be used right I dont want anybody to use them ever again by default administrator will have full rights but I can add users or a group and church is just gonna be able to see it the rest of people in the company once it comes into the state theyre not going to know about it because I dont want them to accidentally use the file again in an assembly now how do I connect from approve to graveyard I hit transition so Ill say new transition click one click my destination no longer in use admins the other one
