PDF-XChange Editor On the Comment tab of the Ribbon UI (or the main toolbar in the Classic UI), Click the Stamp tool Dropdown menu and select Stamps palette. Click Add New in the Stamps Palette. Click From File to create a new stamp from an image file. Select the desired file and click Open.

Right-click your PDF in Windows File Explorer and select the option Make Secure PDF. Open the View Watermarks or Print Watermarks tab, depending on where you want to add it.
