To add a map to your Google Sheet, start by adding the location names and numeric data values which you would like to display on the map, on to separate rows and columns. Select the location names and numeric data, and select Insert Chart Chart type Geo Chart or Geo chart with markers.

Adding text boxes Click Insert, then select Drawing from the drop-down menu. The Drawing dialog box will appear. Click the Text box command. Click and drag in the drawing area to create the text box. Release the mouse, and a text box will appear. When you are satisfied, click Save Close.
Sheets: Share with specific people or using a link Open the file you want to share (that you own or have edit access to). Click Share. Enter the email addresses or groups that you want to share with. Choose what kind of access you want to give people: Editor, Commenter, or Viewer. Click Send.
On your computer, open a document or presentation in Google Docs or Google Slides. Click Insert Chart. From Sheets. Click the spreadsheet with the chart you want to add, then click Select. Click the chart you want to add. If you dont want the chart linked to the spreadsheet, uncheck Link to spreadsheet. Click Import.
Click File Share Publish to web. In the popup window, select Embed. From here, you have the option to publish the entire document or only one of the tabs. Next, grab the embed code and paste it into your webpage.
Use links Open a doc, sheet, or slide. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert Link. Under Text, enter the text you want to be linked. Under Link, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
