this video tells you about inserting links to various external sources into your our space document so if you want to put a link then you just click where you want to put it and then a variety of ways of linking and here we have an image thatamp;#39;s from the gallery and you can use this icon to insert from the gallery you can also insert from your computer so that does the normal thing that you would expect you can also insert snippets and create snippets and the integrations with dropbox box google docs a kneecap so for example if we want to insert from dropbox we just click here and youamp;#39;re taking to dropbox and you can choose the item to insert and similarly for box and google docs and if you use ecat you can do this you have to set up the address for ecap in my our space and advanced preferences thanks for watching

The easiest way to add a blank row is to right-click in the area that is to the left of the report and is below the Details tab. Make sure you right-click the section you would like to have a blank line under, and choose Insert Section Below. If desired, adjust the height of the new Details section you just created.

Just right click the column name, choose format object, then a window will open. In the common tab, check the suppress check box. Click the x-2 icon beside suppress check box, then a format formula editor will open, write the code ({tableName. FiledName})= then save and exit.
