Iamp;#39;ll show you a few different techniques for creating your signature. They have different quality levels, and you could decide which one you think looks the best. Once we create our signature, Iamp;#39;ll also show you a few ways that you can very quickly and easily then reuse your signature. One of them is by saving it as a transparent PNG, and then Iamp;#39;ll also show you how we could use something called quick parts within Microsoft Word. In the signature options to the right, choose your signature type: Simple or Digital Signature. Click on the Signature field to place your signature on the document. You can also add your initials, name, date, and extra text. Just click on the fields to drag and drop them into position on your document.
How to sign documents on your iPhone. Open a PDF file in the Acrobat mobile app. Tap the pencil icon in the lower right corner of your screen. Select Fill Sign. From the available options, tap the Draw icon (which looks like a fountain pen). Select Create Signature.
To insert a signature in Word, go to the Insert tab, select Signature Line, and follow the prompts to create and insert your digital signature.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.

To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
If you need to add a signature space and line, just create a table of one column. You can do it without creating a table too, however, it helps if you need additional customization in the left or right side. In the following code, \vspace{25mm} is used to have a space for the signature.
