To insert a signature in Word, go to the Insert tab, select Signature Line, and follow the prompts to create and insert your digital signature.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
Integrating the signing process into your app and website, provides a seamless experience for your customers or signers. They can view and sign agreements easily without the need to switch between different applications using iFrame.
In the signature options to the right, choose your signature type: Simple or Digital Signature. Click on the Signature field to place your signature on the document. Oxygen XML Editor provides a validation function for DITA maps that does more than simply validating that the XML is well-formed. It also does the following: Validates all of the relationships defined in the maps. Validates all of the files that are included in the map.
