To complete a parental consent form for your child, first navigate to campoc.ca and log in using your family account credentials. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the manage members page, which displays all children in your family account. Before registration for camp, a parental consent form must be completed for each child. Click on "my forms" on the left side, then select "more information" and "apply now" for the chosen child. The consent form will be marked as in progress. The form consists of nine parts, starting with your child's name and additional information on page one. All required fields must be completed to proceed to the next page.
