Hi everyone. In this video, I will show you how to create and edit local holdings records for multi-part monographs in text view using WorldShare Record Manager. So, lets say I want to add holdings for this title, the Encyclopedia of the Renaissance. Its a six-volume set and I have all six of the volumes I want to add. So, to get started, Ive logged into WMS. Ive selected Metadata. Now Im going to go ahead and click on Record Manager and Im going to do a search. I have the ISBN number. So, Im going to use that. I set my search to the data type bibliographic records. Its the default. The scope is all WorldCat because I dont have any other copies of this title and then Im going to select the index. I want the ISBN index for my basic search and then Im going to go ahead and paste the ISBN number that I have available and I will click on Search. So, my search retrieves 40 records.
