hi in this video iamp;#39;m going to show you how to insert a screen recording into microsoft powerpoint so that way you letamp;#39;s say you want to have a demonstration of something youamp;#39;re doing on your computer have it inserted as like a playable video into your slide you could do that and of course you could insert a you know a video that you already have done but if you want to do something on the spot and actually you know capture just a part of your screen you could do that so to do that you want to go to the insert tab up here and then go to the media section and click on screen recording and then you want to select the area that you want to record so letamp;#39;s say i want to do this whole just this part here and then you want to click on record it tells you what key to stop recording and then you know you could just kind of click around and do your thing here and you make here make whatever video youamp;#39;re going to do here okay so now iamp;#39;m done

To insert audio from a file: From the Insert tab, click the Audio drop-down arrow, then select Audio on My PC. Locate and select the desired audio file, then click Insert. The audio file will be added to the slide.

Link or embed content copied from another program In the Paste Special dialog box, do one of the following: To paste the information as a linked object, click Paste link. To paste the information as an embedded object, click Paste. In the As box, click the entry with the word object in its name.
