Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

The embedded questions usually begin with introductory phrases such as: Do you know I wonder The question is Would you mind Could you tell me Id like to know Lets ask Im not sure
Embedded questions are sentences that contain a question within them, often used to seek information or clarification. Instead of forming a direct question, they are integrated into a larger sentence. For example, I wonder if you could tell me where the nearest coffee shop is? incorporates the question seamlessly.
Embedded questions are introduced by whether, whether or not, and if when there is no question word in the sentence (yes/no questions). Will he be there? Do you know if he will be there? Do you know whether or not he will be there?
Embedded questions follow the normal subject-verb order. A direct questions inverts the subject and verb with the be verb (wh + verb + subjectWhy is he sad? For present continuouswh + am/are/is + subject + ing form of the verbWhere is he going?)
The MLA Style Center If a direct question contained in a sentence is long or has internal punctuation, set the question off with a comma and begin it with a capital letter: A single question contained in a sentence can also be preceded by a colon as long as the word before the question is not a verb.
Look at the followings examples: Why did he cry? Embedded question: Would you tell me why he cried ? When did she leave? Embedded question: Could you please tell me when she left ?
