We will first press the Greater Than symbol in the keyboard, then press the space button. So you will see that the bullet point with the arrow has become. After that type your matter and keep pressing enter button and arrow bullet point will appear.

Embedded objects The source data is embedded in the presentation. You can view the embedded object on another computer, because the source data is part of the presentation file.
Link or embed content copied from another program In the Paste Special dialog box, do one of the following: To paste the information as a linked object, click Paste link. To paste the information as an embedded object, click Paste. In the As box, click the entry with the word object in its name.
Linking refers to inserting a reference to a file in another location, while embedding refers to inserting the actual file in the document. An example of linking is inserting a chart from an Excel file into a PowerPoint presentation, while an example of embedding is inserting an image into a Word document.
Inserting an embedded video is convenient, but it increases the size of your presentation. A linked video keeps your presentation file smaller, but links can break. We recommend storing presentations and linked videos in the same folder.
Both of these options will look the same - but they function differently based on your needs. To think about it metaphorically, embedding physically pastes the content into your file and linking creates a signpost that tells your file to go look in a specified location and to display whats in that location.
