hi and in todays quick photoshop tutorial im going to show you several ways that you can import your images into photoshop so ive just opened up my photoshop software and the first way to do it is to go to this open button here click open and then within your menu here just select any image you want lets select this one and then just press open okay so now your image has opened in a document which you can see the tab at the top here now if you want to insert another image you can go up to file open again select from any image you want and then click open again and this will open this image in a separate tab so youve got two separate images open now if i want to select an image and put it into this image as in put it into the same document then theres a couple of ways i can do it the first way is i can drag and drop so let me just open up my files and lets just say for example i wanted to grab this apple file here if i want to place it within this document and produce another la

Heres how: Open Google Photos. Locate the image you wish to embed. Click the image to open it. Find the share icon in the upper right hand side of the window. Click the create link button. Copy the link and paste it to whichever location you wish.
Click File, then Place to bring up a navigation window. Select the JPG file you want to add to the PSD and click on the Place button. The JPG will appear as a new layer in the open Photoshop window.
To do this, you either choose File Place Embedded or File Place Linked. The main difference between the two options is that when you link a Smart Object, it continues to reference the original file.
Go to Image Mode click on RGB. Look at your options bar. Another reason menu items are greyed out is the you are in the middle of a feature (crop, typing, transform, etc.)
