the flyer Im working on is almost done Ive typed up everything I want to include about the neighborhood block party the only thing missing pictures adding pictures is a great way to make your document more fun and interesting to get started place your cursor roughly where you want the image to go then click the image command on the toolbar I already know the picture I want to use first its a graphic I have saved to my computer so uploading it should be pretty easy just click upload from computer select the image you want then click open the image will appear in your document now if you find yourself in a situation where youd like to add an image but dont have anything suitable on your computer good news Google Docs gives you several different ways to find and add other sources lets go back to the image menu under the option that says by URL you can add an image from the web by pasting the address in this box then click insert if you have any photos stored in your Google account

Select the image to display the toolbar beneath it. Then, click either the Wrap Text or Break Text icon per your preference.
(I could upload a picture from my computer or Google Drive just as easily.) Clicking on the photo in the Insert window places it in your document where your cursor was. Step 3: Click once on the picture, and a small menu of options opens up under it. Step 4: From that menu, click on wrap text .

Select the heading and the text that you want to keep together by dragging your cursor through it. Click either the Line Spacing button in the toolbar or go to Format Line Spacing from the menu. Then, select Keep with Next to place a check mark next to it. And there you go!
Select the image you want to change the position of. The three positioning options appear below the image. Select Wrap text. Hover the mouse over the image, and the cursor will change into directional arrows. Release the mouse, and the image will move to the selected position. The text wraps around the image.
Click on your image and underneath select wrap text then change the margin to 0mm. Then stretch your image to cover the page.
