If the PDF has one page, you can insert it directly into Word by opening the document, clicking on insert, selecting object, and browsing for the PDF. However, if the PDF has multiple pages or if you're using Word online, you'll need to convert it into an image file first using tools like the snip tool on Windows or screenshot.
