hi this is Lexi and Emma and weamp;#39;re gonna do a tutorial on how to use the vaginal dilator so first set yourself up youamp;#39;re going to want to lay on your back prop your back up get into a nice comfortable position and open your legs into a butterfly stretch then youamp;#39;ll take the dilator put some lube on the top we like to use slippery stuff Lube um itamp;#39;s a nice water-based lube and has very clean ingredients so youamp;#39;ll Loop the top and then youamp;#39;ll slowly insert it into the vagina Iamp;#39;m going to do it on the top just so you can see youamp;#39;re youamp;#39;re going to put it in nice and slowly once itamp;#39;s in comfortably youamp;#39;re going to want to try and move it side to side and down you can leave it in place for a little bit until your muscles start to relax and then pull it in and out all the movements should be comfortable shouldnamp;#39;t cause too much pain and when the dilator goes in and out and move side to side easily
