Once you have opened the correct PDF in Acrobat, go to File Document Properties. Select the tab at the top that says Fonts and then look for the fonts that have (Embedded Subset) at the end of their name. These are the fonts that are already embedded.
Pages can embed OpenType (OTF) and TrueType (TTF) fonts. If your document includes movies and you plan on offering your books in Apple Books, turn Apple Books Compatibility on to convert incompatible movies to images.
How to Fonts on Apple Pages Step 1: Open the Font Book App. To a font, first, add a font to the Font Book app by locating the Font you want to use. Step 2: Transfer Font File to Font Book. Step 3: the Font. Step 4: Validate Fonts.

Go to File--Properties--Fonts. The program will list all the fonts that youve used in your document. After each font, you should see (Embedded) or Embedded Subset). If the name of the font is not followed by one of those notifications, the font is not embedded.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
