Once you have added your Looker data to a pivot table, you can use Google Sheets to format your data or build new Sheets formulas based on your Looker data.
In addition to public embedding, you can also embed Looks, Explores, and dashboards privately. With private embedding, you can require a user to authenticate using a Looker login, Google OAuth, or OpenID Connect. If a user is not authenticated, you have the option to show an error message or display a login screen.
Enabling public access for a specific Look If you are in Development Mode, select Exit Development Mode. Navigate to the Look you want to share. Select the Looks gear menu. Select Edit Settings. Looker displays the Look Settings window. In the Look Settings window, turn on the Public Access option. Select Save.
How to share a report Sign in to Looker Studio. View or edit the report that you want to share. In the top right, click. Share. The Share with people and groups dialog appears. Alternatively, you can select a button to invite users to view or collaborate, if available.

Single sign-on (SSO) embedding is a way to present secure embedded Looks, Explores, dashboards, or LookML dashboards to your users without requiring them to have a separate Looker login. Instead, users will be authenticated through your own application.
Signed embedding works by creating a special Looker URL that you will use in an iframe. The URL contains the information you want to share, the ID of the user in your system, and the permissions that you want the user to have. Youll then sign the URL with a secret key provided by Looker.
The best way to obtain this targeturl is to navigate to the desired Looker page in your web browser, copy the URL shown in the browser address bar, insert /embed after the host/port, and paste it into the targeturl property as a quoted string value in this API request.
