Share this article: Edit or create the email template you wish to add a logo. Click the symbol as shown below. This opens the html editor of the email template. Paste the following syntax in the desire location in the template. . Save the html changes.

In Salesforce Classic Navigate to Setup | Communication Templates | Classic Letterheads. Select your letterhead by clicking on the label. Select Edit Letterhead | Select Logo. Click to select the appropriate image.
Enter the document name, check the Externally Available image checkbox, upload the image you want to include in your signature and hit the Save button.
Add Image to Salesforce Template: From Setup, search for Templates and click on the Template type you are using. For this example we are using a Classic Email Template. Select the template you want to add the image to and click the Edit HTML Version. Paste the Image URL address into the template.
